How to Deactivate BSNL GPRS

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is a Indian cellular network provider that offers postpaid and prepaid services. BSNL offers General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) that enables users to access the Internet on their cell phones. If you have GPRS but don't want it anymore, it's easy to deactivate GPRS.



1 Go to "Menu" > "Messaging" > "New Text Message" (or a similar option) on your phone.

o        2 Type "GPRSDE" (for prepaid account) or "GPRSDC" (for postpaid account).

o        3 Send the message to "53733." GPRS on your phone will be disabled.
